I recently went to Northwest Hyundai just to look at a Tucson, no intention of buying. I met salesperson Joel. I took the car for a test drive and loved it. Joel explained the safety features and the warranty in detail. Then the payment details. Joel answered all my questions in detail; he was very knowledgeable. So, I ended up buying a car. Joel was very friendly and he made the car buying experience very easy. I would highly recommend dealing with Joel. His sincerity, knowledge and friendly personality was great.

Northwest Hyundai is a very nice location, very clean, great service, really nice facilities and the sales experience was top notch. Rico did an amazing job in selling us a palisade calligraphy and explaining the features, and helping us secure a good deal too. My experience was nothing short of amazing. Our minds were made up on another vehicle but we decided to check out the Hyundai Tucson just to "see". Upon walking in we were immediately greeted and set up with a sales associate. Joseph was wonderful! I had a great experience with Raymond as my sales person. We worked out a great deal and I walked out with an amazing Hyundai Elantra. They had nice coffee and snacks and everyone was very nice. The paperwork nor the deal took too long. Not to mention I'm very impressed with the car.

Andres M. in the sales department was patient, detailed, and understanding throughout the entire car buying experience. Even after the car was sold he took time to follow up and make sure that I was satisfied. I had some issues with the service department but Andres made sure to get me in contact with the necessary people. We came in pretty late on a Thursday night maybe a Wednesday night and the team was wonderful. The receptionist confirmed that the car we were looking for was on the lot, the salesperson Gavynn, had it pulled up front for us, the finance manager, Jose, got us through finance very quickly, and the general manager was incredibly pleasant to talk to while we were finishing up. best car buying experience ever!!! Service was on time and quick, they even fixed a recall on my car that another dealer service kept telling me we don’t have the item and promised to call back but they never did, so Northwest Hyundai fixed it immediately and it was my first service with them. They also washed my car.

I had a major repair that needed to be done on my car. I saw the reviews and knew this was the dealership for me. They did not disappoint. My service was done as quick as possible and my car is now back up and running well. I am very pleased with the service I received.

Had to use their service department for a battery issue and they couldn't have been more helpful. My car is under warranty still, so they replaced my battery for free, took care of two minor recall issues, washed it, and got me a Lyft to and from work...all for free. I didn't even buy the car from this dealership! Great people here.

I enjoyed my first visit to the service center Saturday!! Not only was the service fast, but I was in and out with an hour!! A bonus to my visit was an unexpected car wash!! It wasn't like the best car wash but I appreciate the complimentary service. I am frugal in all my finances so to know I have a coupon to use with my next visit really impressed me!! I had such a great experience with Northwest Hyundai. I was able to make a same day appointment for my oil change and a car inspection and had really bad brakes that needed to be done ASAP. They went over and beyond with their services and made sure I was able to go home that evening safely! Paul was a excellent help with updates and information in my car services. Anthony is the best mechanic I have ever met and made sure I replaced both break pads and rotors. So happy with my services and definitely will be coming back for all my cars needs! I highly recommend this place to everyone!

I continue to be impressed with Hyundai and their services. I was in today for my 15,000 mile service. Hyundai honored my nationwide maintenance policy making it very convenient for me as I move frequently. All services were covered and the agent was able to answer some follow on questions after the main services were addressed. I was given additional points of contact to answer specific questions and advised to how I could go about preparing for my next move. Overall, I am thoroughly impressed with my Palisade and the service received at all service departments, but specifically the Northwest Hyundai location. I absolutely recommend.

Whenever I go to this Hyundai Service. Paul always treats me right, I am very pleased with his professionalism & his gentle voice. He always makes sure I get whatever needs to be done with the servicing of my Hyundai fast. I love the location cause it’s less than 2 miles from my house, which is very convenient. I went in for a service on a Hyundai lease. While I was there I was approached to see if I had any interest in trading in my car. I actually did have a different need for a larger vehicle, but thought I was stuck in a bad lease deal I had taken from a different dealer. To my surprise Sam and Neal offered enough for the lease to buy it out and had a perfect vehicle to meet my new need above and beyond what I would have found for myself. I wasn't planning on buying a new/different vehicle that day, but am blessed to have done so. I would recommend this dealership if you are in the market for a new or used vehicle. Great job guys!

He always found a way to say YES to my needs to bring the pricing down a little to fit my needs. All in all, Ernest treated me like family and NOT a salesman. This is by far the Best experience I have ever had buying a car hands down!!! Ernest is the best he not once pressured us into buying anything he listened and really cared about our wants and needs once we found our dream car he made it so simple.
